By using our services, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of a CNC machine dealership or distribution business. We reserve the right to decline services to job shops, contract manufacturers, or companies outside the machinery distribution industry.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to lead volume, conversion rates, or revenue increases. Marketing results depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CNC Marketer, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship as specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, you retain ownership of deliverables as specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or our business.
